Looking for some ideas, information, or some armchair travel ideas? I’ve been bookmarking some of my favorites lately, and thought I’d share them. These sites center mainly on attractions to visit within the United States. The photos on some of the websites are spectacular. And there’s a good mix of sites here– some highlight touristy stuff with professional photos and articles by writers who’ve obviously had some kind of sales training; others are homey, travel journal articles by amateur travelers themselves; others have “off the beaten path” type posts; and others are reviews, critiques, and other assorted interests relating to travel. All are interesting sites! I also included my own travel blog, in case you had a hankering to see Upstate New York.
