I saw your comment about the raw diet. My holistic vet recommended it; because of Harley’s condition (EGC), we’re trying to eat the best diet possible. We’re lucky because there are two places within 5 miles of us that sell Nature’s Variety raw frozen medallions. We eat the chicken and the rabbit variety. They are frozen medallions that you thaw in the refrigerator the night before. It’s all raw meat, raw ground bone, raw organ meat (for taurine), and a small amount (5%) of other ingredients like quail egg and blueberries. Harley loved it right away, but at first I refused to eat it. We mixed a very small (less than 1/4 teaspoon) of it with my regular canned food until I finally took a few bites. The rest was easy: just increase the amount over about a week until I was eating all raw. Now we both LOVE it and gobble it all up in just a few minutes. If you go to the Nature’s Variety website, there are lots of FAQs you can read. There are other good brands out there, too, or you can make your own.
Well, I think being nerdy is a good thing!

I turned out to be 16% nerdy. LOL – I’m the one everyone comes to to fix their computer problems though!
That is so cute! Thanks so much for sharing. I’m just 12% nerdy. Less than I thought I was!
