		<description>I&#039;ve been following this for the past few days and I keep wishing a list of TVs that are considered power hogs would become available.  I work at a small, family owned electronics chain and this could possibly lead to a loss of business. I&#039;m assuming that it is a matter of whether the TV is Energy Star rated.  I don&#039;t live in California, but if this initiative spreads to other states it could lead to a lot of confusion.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s tough. On the one hand we are being so over-regulated for our own safety and protection that there&#039;s no longer room for personal responsibility. On the other hand, sometimes people need a kick in the butt. It seems like a sensible initiative.</description>
