Charter Cable is really rising to be the cream of the crop when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. They have been on a spree of promotions and giveaways, with some really stunning prizes. For the month of May, Charter is giving away a $5,000 gift card Grand Prize, and four weekly prizes of $1,000 gift cards each with their Charter’s Free Gift Card Sweepstakes. You can visit the website for more information and to enter to win. The contest is open to anyone, and there is no purchase necessary to enter. For new Charter customers, Charter will automatically enter you in the contest, and new members will receive $75 or $100 gift cards (depending on your Charter bundle order). Woo! Like I said, Charter is really exceeding customers’ expectations. Not only are there great giveaways (last month it was an HDTV a day with a grand prize of a home theater system and one year of free Charter Digital Cable service), and last year Charter gave away laptops, Xbox 360 game systems, and a 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid!

Charter Internet and Cable is a great deal. The Internet service is especially appealing to me (Charter Internet is very fast), and I’m waiting for Charter to come into my area of Upstate New York. At any rate, Charter’s bundled service is great, and fully customizable for your own needs. Charter is responding to a slump in the reputation of cable companies– Charter has been going out of their way to give customers what they want how they want it, to offer fun contests to generate interest in the company, and most of all, are starting new ways to connect with their customers (like starting a Twitter account @chartercom) for excellent service. Charter Internet Service is known for its great deals on high-speed Internet service. They are also becoming well known for terrific online sweepstakes! Here’s an excellent giveaway for a 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid, called the “Save Green, Go Green Giveaway.” Honda Civics are excellent cars, and the Hybrid is a class unto itself. I think Charter High Speed Internet is marvelous; they’ve gotten rave reviews, and so we are considering going with them when my contract with my current ISP expires. I’ve tasted the wonders of high-speed Internet at my local library, and it’s hard to come back home to slogging on a low-grade DSL service.
