I am old enough to remember that old fitness video Jane Fonda made, back in the 80′s. Do you remember it? Remember the “leg warmers” fad? Ha ha! Yes, we’ve come a long way, baby. When they started to come out, the fitness video really rocked the fitness world, especially for the average person.
